Measure of the white President Dilma Rousseff (Workers’ Party; Partido dos Trabalhadores – PT, in Portuguese) formalizes ethnic cleansing of the Mestizo people resident in the area. The bantustan of 733,688 hectares is reserved for Indian Arara group.
Communist President Dilma Rousseff, of the Workers Party (PT), approved the demarcation of the so called “Indigenous Land” Cachoeira Seca, located in the western region of State of Pará, in the North of Brazil. The decree with the decision, signed by the white president and published in the Journal Official Union Tuesday (5), includes an area of 733,688 hectares for a population of 105 Indians belonging to Arara group and ethnic cleansing of the local Mestizo people.
The communist government states that the Union shall ensure the protection of the rights of Indian peoples of the Amazon region and ensures compliance with constitutional provisions on the subject. According to a survey of the National Indian Foundation (Fundação Nacional do Índio – FUNAI), the agency responsible for the apartheid policy of the Federal Government, that have identified 1,085 occupations of non-Indians within the area, 72% of small terrain. FUNAI does not identify which ethnic groups these not Indians belong. In their absolute majority are Mestizos, descendants of Indians and, therefore, native. The International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, signed by the Brazilian government prohibits apartheid, but has not been obeyed.
The bantustan is located next to the cities of Placas and Uruará, in the State of Pará, in the north of a region known as “Terra do Meio”, and includes one of the corridors of protected areas of the Amazon and one of the world’s largest.
From now on, the area incorporates a set of bantustans and Conservation Units for various Indian communities, a total of 28 million hectares interconnected along the Xingu River basin, from the north of the State of Mato Grosso to the State of Pará center .
This is the second bantustan for the Arara group. The first is located in Arara, and the second in Cachoeira Seca, near the stream Cachoeira Seca, on top of the Iriri river.
Communist and neoliberal white power
The creation of the new bantustan is a new racist indigenist action of Communists white leaders and neoliberal tycoons seeking to divide the Brazilian people on racial and ethnic territories in order to prevent mestization, eliminate the Mestizo people and weaken national identity and Brazilian sovereignty. Other actions have been encouraging immigration and impose ‘negro’ identity on Mestizos. United Nations agencies, under the action of these groups, have collaborated with anti-Mestizo policies in Brazil and other Latin American countries.
