Zika, the new weapon against Mestizos

Reduce the Mestizo, poor, disable populations is one of the objectives of pro-abortion movements since its inception. With the association reported between cases of microcephaly and infections by Zika virus, especially affecting regions with predominantly Mestizo population, as the Brazilian Northeast, pro-abortion activists are already preparing action at the Federal Supreme Court (STF) to enlarge the legal possibilities of killing unborn.
The group of lawyers, anthropologists, and other activists see the interruption of pregnancies as only one of the points of a larger action, focused on “women’s rights guarantee”.
Former Health Minister, Jose Gomes (member of Brazilian Socialist Party; in Portuguese: Partido Socialista Brasileiro, PSB), says it will support action by the legal right to abortion of fetuses with microcephaly, which should be taken to the Supreme Court in the coming weeks.
“I put on hand” – the group will take the matter to the judiciary – “and we will keep in touch,” says Temporão who was minister between 2007 and 2011, in the second Lula’s government.
In 2004, the group joined the Supreme Court as a complaint of breach of fundamental precept to discuss the Supreme what he saw as violations of the Constitution by not permit abortion in cases of anencephalic fetuses.
Eight years later, the court, formed almost exclusively by white judges indicated by leftist governments ruled that neither women nor professionals who perform abortions in this condition can be punished. This was the first time in history of Brazil that the Supreme Court took decision on the subject.
