Nazi language in indigenist official document of the Brazilian government

At the end of August 27, 2013, the National Indian Foundation (FUNAI),  the Brazilian government body that establishes and carries out policies relating to Indian peoples, accepted and published an anthropological report which supports the establishment of racial territories for an alleged Indian ethnic group in the municipality of Caucaia, a city of the State of Ceará.
A passage from the report affirms:
“Given the manifest existence of other [alleged Indian ethnic group name] not considered in any of the surveys conducted to date, even within the indigenous territory, the current total population of [alleged Indian ethnic group name] people can be even greater than this figure. This means that the account of the [alleged Indian ethnic group name] demography is not closed and shows how the population recovery of group clashes with limited territorial base to which they are confined today, helping to understand the movement of the ‘resume’ not only as a political action, but anthropogeographical, given the pressing need to expand your living space.”
‘Living space’ (‘espaço vital’ in Portuguese) is the translation of the German word “Lebensraum”. This term was used at the beginning of the century. XX by racist German geographer and ethnographer Friedrich Ratzel, author of the book “Anthropogeographie. Die geographische Verbreitung des Menschen” (1882–1891), referring to alleged rules of natural selection which would apply to humans and non-humans in a given environment. The concept had political relations with the migration colonialism, and soon was adopted by the Nazis, notably in advertising their expansionism within Europe.

On August 27, 2013, the National Indian Foundation (FUNAI),  the Brazilian government body that establishes and carries out policies relating to Indian peoples, accepted and published in the Official Gazette an anthropological report which supports the establishment of racial territories for an alleged Indian ethnic group in the municipality of Caucaia, a city of the State of Ceará. The official publication employs Nazi language to try to justify expansion of exclusive territory for Indian race.

The Mestizo Nation, the organization of Mestizo people, is contesting the creation of this new exclusive territory for Indians. Mestizos suffer ethnic cleansing after the creation of the Bantustans and many time before the administrative and legal process of creation have ended.

The Brazilian government, led by the indigenist Workers’ Party (PT), has an official policy of ethnic elimination of Mestizo people.
