Decrees of the President Dilma Rousseff (PT), published in the Official Gazette of the Union on December 18, 2015, created four new indigenist bantustans in the State of Amazonas. The State already has more than a third of its territory administered by FUNAI, the organ of the communist government responsible for implementing the policy of apartheid and ethnic cleansing against the Mestizo people.
Another decree also created the National Council for Indigenist Policy (CNPI). The joint committee and advisory, which will be linked to the Ministry of Justice, is responsible for the preparation, monitoring and implementation of public policies aimed at Indian peoples.
The first decree of the president approves the “indigenous land” Arary, in the municipality of Borba. In other action, the racist government approves the Banawá bantustan, located in the municipalities of Canutama, Lábrea and Tapauá.
It was also approved the “homeland” Cajuhiri-Atravessado, in the municipality of Coari. Finally, presidential decree approved the bantustan Tabocal, located in the municipality of Careiro, also in the State of Amazonas.
The new bantustans are in neighboring municipalities to Autazes and Careiro da Várzea, where the Mestizo people movement won the recognition of the territories of the municipalities as Mestizo, in his struggle against the racist policy of the indigenist white president, backed by millionaire NGOs and government agencies of countries such as Germany and Norway.
